Jeanie Marie Buss is an American businesswoman from the United States. She is currently the president as president of the Los Angeles Lakers, the owner of the National Basketball Association. Buss hails from California was born into an exceptionally wealthy family. Jerry Buss, her father was a businessman with a real estate business who later eventually became the proprietor of Lakers Sports and Entertainment. In 1972, her parents separated up and she felt emotionally lost. At the age of 19, she was employed in the family business.
